    Orders placed before 12:00 PM are shipped same day via UPS

    Orders shipped from Dallas TX. Standard UPS delivery guidelines apply. Free shipping only applies to ship to addresses in the continental US.

    UPS ground: $9.00 flat rate up to $100 order.

    UPS ground: Over $100 orders ship free.

    UPS 2nd day air or UPS Next day air billed at UPS rates with no handling fee. Please see cart for shipping cost of your specific order.

    There is a $50.00 minimum on all orders.

    Return policy
    Items must have been purchased within 45 days of return and must be unopened in a re-sellable condition for credit or exchange. All returns must have a return number issued by Cable Glands Direct. All return freight costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the shipping error was the fault of Cable Glands Direct.
